How to stay Focused?

We all know that to achieve something, we need to stay focused but are we?

In our day to day lives, many distractions are there.
For e.g. We all want to stay fit and healthy but when the time comes to get out of bed early morning at the dawn hours, we just can't.
Whenever we start learning something new or adding certain skill-set, only a few of us could successfully doing it, why not all?
We always tend to procrastinate the tasks because our focus keep on shifting from one to another thing. The best e.g. is of steemit only; why only a few of us writing authentic content on a daily basis or appreciating a superb content written by someone else or motivating them by upvoting?
It's simply because; we can't remain focused until the tasks get fulfilled.
and now the most important question: Why can't we stay focused?
In the ancient times; there were hardly any sources of distractions like social media platforms, wrong habits, millions of websites, no internet, televisions with limited channels etc. So, during those days, its easy to focus then compare to today's scenario because if you really want something from the deep down from the heart, you literally just can't, as there is always something which wont' let you do that. For e.g. To wake up early, one must have to sleep early but if your favorite match or movie is running on TV, you can't resist yourself and then we procrastinate.
woof....lot's of problems, no ways at all to concentrate, no ways to overcome our laziness, consequently one can't achieve the desired tasks but friends; still in this 21st century, there are ways through which you can start concentrating, you can keep your focused very high by simply following 2 ways:
  • Change the external environment:
Suppose, you want to be an athlete so what could be your course of actions?
-> Would you be spending time in movie theaters?
-> Would you be spending time in partying?
or would you be spending time in gossiping?
No, not at all, you would be spending maximum time, practicing on ground. There'd be many others players just like yourself so that you feel like getting into competition and moving along with it.
But, friends, ask yourself honestly, Is it feasible, Is it viable, Is it practically possible?
the answer is a big "NO"
So, what to do in this case?
  • Ask yourself "why?" I mean to say whether do we have to focus or not??
E.g. There's this amazing platform called "Steemit", truly a blessings for most of us; specially for me to share our thoughts among the masses. Now not each one of us being brought here for sharing thoughts, a few of us might be here to make some money, a few of us might be here for networking and a few of us may be here for understanding certain topics in details but believe me folks, my "why" is very clear "To share thoughts" and i will keep on doing it, whether i do not make money out of it, whether i would be able to do networking or not because internally i am very clear about why i am using this platform?
This is the only way through which you can remain focused throughout regardless of any distractions in your way.
What is your "why"?

Step three of confidence: Maintaining balance

Earlier, we've learned to be an effective communicator by changing style of handling critical situations. In this blog, we shall understand in depth that how to maintain the balance in thoughts. Let's take 'brain' for example to understand, we all know that a human brain has two parts: Right brain and left brain. Right brain thinks creatively while your left brain thinks from a critical side of life. Often, we tend to commit such mistake; where-in we jumbled up the thoughts in our mind and by doing this, either we couldn't able to come to a concrete decision or we messed things up & both the situations won't take you anywhere. Whether it's your personal of professional life, communication clashes will always be there. It's not a situation, where-in the other person is right and you're wrong or vice-versa, its just the fact that both are not understanding to settle this clash through effective communication & sometimes, it reached to a s...

Hard Work vs Smart Work

It's like "Working with Cryptocurrencies vs. Doing traditional job" There are many examples we have in cryptocurrencies (recent e.g. Bitmax Crypto Exchange Co-Founder becomes Britain's Youngest Bitcoin Millionaire, regularly working for more than 17 hours every day with cryptocurrencies, a passionate learner) but in comparison if we talk about a traditional job, in which we keep on working for the entire life but still couldn't able to earn a luxurious lifestyle for us and for our family. If we consider top 100 richest person on the earth, nobody is doing job. All are into businesses of some kind, all have great networking skills. Simply concluding, there is a very thin difference between Smart work and Hard work is, "Strategy" or in more simpler word "Planning" but mostly people fails, if not considering how things are being done in reality or from practical point of view. 99% of the time, we failed if we won't make proper strate...
